Putumayo has plenty of adorable well made print designs but these are just a few of my favorites.


I love these two because the girls featured in both are blowing smoke and are very relaxed and when I see them, I feel very comfortable and relaxed. Not only are they very comforting images but the features of the girls are very adorable, especially the eyes and lips. I also love the fact that the smoke they are blowing turns into the Putumayo logo (not exactly logo, but name, you know what I mean!)



This one I love because it may look simple but with another look the crown is so very detailed. and I love items that feature the brand's name.


A great thing about Putumayo is that they can do all these complex prints that seem like they would have too much going on but the print all together just ends up looking cute. I'm sure the placement of all the butterflies and candy are very thought out in all ov they're prints. I also love it when they add little phrases to their work.

Now there have been other companies that have done the carousel print thing before but Putumayo's ended up being one of my favorites because again, they do this complex print work and they don't need all these different colors to make it look cute.

I hope to someday own one of each of these prints! Somday...x_x

Here's a little comparison I threw together real quick of the difference between the little sisters in Bioshock 1 and 2. It's obvious that there is a big difference with the new little sister model. We are told that the new little sisters are meant to be darker and more sinister do to the new process in which they're being made, which if you watch the gameplay trailer you can tell that the voice for the new little sister is deeper and way creepier and that the clothing and hair is much darker. The old little sister seemed very cartoonish and unrealistic and of course looked like a tiny walking corpse with her greyish pale skintone and the dark circles under the eyes. This new model looks more realistic and not as decrepit and dirty, it seems that they've also reshaped the face with a raised brow, defined lips, and no more under the eye circles. From what I can tell the little girls are still using the same phrases from Bioshock 1 such as "good girls gather" and "look mister B, an angel" so on and so forth, but hopefully they added more to the little sister's database of sayings.  Overall I say I approve of the creators taking a step in the direction of making them more realistic and like that they added a whole lot more detail to the little sisters overall. I can't wait to see more of them and the big sister when the game is released.

Just got back home from cali yesterday and I'm moving into college today! Classes start Friday. Not looking forward to orientation though.

So I've been wanting to get a new face up for my little fantasy doll amber for a while. the one she came with isn't bad but it's not what I want. She's supposed to be an elegant but slightly hyperactive (which is normal since she is a child) clockwork robot.
